Second Floor Deck

We removed the old second floor deck (see "Before" pic) and erected a balcony deck and cover which we call the "Bird's Nest." Materials are cedar and composite and miscelaneous woods.

Before Second Floor Deck

We built a covered deck around the original rear patio (see "Before" pic). The composite deck has a ramp to the pool area, which connects to the lower flagstone patio. Storage area under the deck; shrub beds to the front of the skirting and landscaping to be installed in foreground.

The original rear patio and lower wood deck which was replaced with a covered deck and lower patio.

We built a covered front entryway. Arched masonry bridge, limestone and brick columns with patio cover. Please see "Before" pic.
