Previously a traditional 1-story house in a sloped lot. We added a new second story to accommodate the Master Suite. The square footage is very limited due to the City of Belmont's restriction.
The Master Suite is generous with a spacious Master Bath (separate tub, shower, and a toilet room), a Walk-in Closet, a nice alcove for seating or a small home office, and a small Balcony.
Downstairs has a total remodel with a brand new Kitchen and Bathrooms.
