Sept 2015 Class Staging Project

The Hands-On Professional Certification students worked on this Staging Project to enhance the best features of this home. We redesigned with only the things that the homeowner already owned.

BEFORE: Family room was used as extra storage space.

AFTER: One glass end-table was used as a little garden area near the window, and the other end-table was was used with a round wood table top to make the cocktail table without sharp edges.

BEFORE: Family room ledge held photos, but were not easy to see.

AFTER: The sofa and love-seat were angled towards the TV for good viewing for more people. We used only the things the homeowner had, and redesigned it into a fresh new space.

BEFORE: The birdcage was the first thing you noticed in this room.

AFTER: The homeowners newly purchased furniture was better featured at this angled arrangement too.

AFTER: The opening to the room was opened to invite more people in to the sitting area. More lamp lighting was added.
