We focused on atmosphere — soft, organic materials, natural oak, honed stone, and layered textiles that echo the surrounding McDowell Mountains. The palette is calm and restorative, with bespoke furnishings and architectural lighting that create drama after sunset.

Indoor and outdoor living were designed as one fluid canvas, with lounge areas that frame the views and invite you to linger.
