This project was a full home renovation that involved extensive structural work. When we first walked into the house, we were there for only 5 minutes because we instantly left to run for temporary support shoring! The ceilings were sagging as much as 4" in some areas due to load-bearing walls being removed by the previous owner. Once the showing was in place, we got to work redesigning the majority of the home.

The new structural wood members were so beautiful that the owner decided to whitewash them and maintain the warmth instead of hiding them with drywall. The result is a renovation that feels like its always been this way.
