This was a complete whole house remodel project on a beautiful house in Shavano Park. The goal was to update the house while keeping costs down. To that end, we kept most of the kitchen cabinets and existing granite, and only made structural changes where they were most needed. Updating flooring, paint, fixtures, and hardware go a long way. Among the projects we completed were all new wood flooring throughout the house, a "light" updating to the kitchen (painted existing cabinets, a new island, closed off a door, new backsplashes, removed wall paper, etc.) and a complete rebuilding of one of the homes fireplaces.
