Added a 16' x 16' pre-fab sunroom to act as a extra family room and primarily as a playroom for grandchildren. Covered exterior of sunroom with vinyl siding to match house to give impression of an addition built with original house.
Custom deck with Trex Transcend composite decking and a white vinyl rail to create a maintenance free deck space. Customer requested the custom composite skirt on both sunroom and deck.
