We where called to look at some rotted decking and railings. Upon further inspection we discovered far more damage than our client had anticipated. We discovered a large majority of the decking had rotted as well as railings. We also discovered once excavation was completed that the sill of the house was rotted due to the deck frame not being flashed properly. This ended up being a 80% rebuild from the footings to finish.
