Master bath before remodel. We demo'd this bath and the bedroom next to it and created a master suite with a large bathroom and closet out of the existing bath and bedroom.

Laundry room before remodel. Room was very large for a laundry so we took out the wall and pushed it back to create a larger area for a dining table on the other side.

Downstairs kitchenette area. This was a very narrow room so we took out the wall behind the stove and pushed it back (there is a very large storage room behind) creating a larger gathering space but still leaving plenty of storage room space.

Downstairs bedroom before remodel. One window was useless as it was under the deck so we removed that window and egressed the remaining window to create a light and airy bedroom.

Kitchen after remodel. We used a large existing closet from the family room and incorporated it into the kitchen where we were able to recess the fridge and double ovens creating a wider more open space in the kitchen. We also widened the opening to the hallway.

We added a toilet to the laundry room to allow for a half bath off of the kitchen/sunroom area.

Sunroom after remodel. We removed all the weird sliding doors and put in new large picture windows with 2 doors to the outside deck. Also created a much lighter and updated look to the fireplace with floating shelves and cabinets underneath for storage.

Downstairs bathroom after remodel. We took out an odd shaped shower that took up a lot of space and put in a tub/shower which opened up the bathroom.
