This project comprises a 740 sq. ft. addition to and remodel of a 1920s home, as well as a detached 250 sq. ft. ADU. The addition includes a new family room, powder room, office and primary suite, while the remodeled kitchen and guest bath provide updated spaces to the original part of the home. The detached ADU was converted from a one car garage and can be used as a home office, guest house or pool house depending on the client's needs.
