Upstairs Family room is reminiscent of a ship's hull, the Nautical theme is carried over to the Mahogany and Maple flooring, Brass light fixtures, and built-in Bar, Seating.

The Master Bath includes a central space containing a large, two-sink vanity with tower storage, free-standing tub, and vaulted ceiling. A separate toilet compartment and shower area are adjacent.

The Kitchen is designed around a large, free-standing work island that is topped in Walnut. Inset doors are painted with Walnut interiors. Polished Nickel hardware and light fixtures complete the look. The coffered ceilings contain the ductwork for the range hood.

New Family room with Sun room beyond. The fireplace is two-sided and is wrapped by painted wood cabinetry that contains storage and a TV monitor. The ceiling in the Sun room is vaulted. The Family room ceiling is coffered.

The upstairs bunk room has built-in beds with storage under. Each has a built-in headboard/ dresser.

New upstairs bunk room beyond the rolling barn door. All of the stained wood is Mahogany, with antique brass hardware. Walls have painted wood wainscoting, and venetian plaster.

New Shingle style residence in Northern New Jersey. This project has two flanking cross gables, with a recessed center porch. The roof over the porch is clad in copper, and the roof leaders are concealed within the columns.

View of the Parking court. The carriage house beyond uses the same materials and details found in the main residence. The four panel garage doors are Mahogany, and are protected by shingle-clad overhangs supported by painted Mahogany brackets with hanging light fixtures.
