This old beach house made new might as well be on its own private island. After renovating the master bath, half-bath, living room, dining area and kitchen, its coastal charm turned contemporary makes it stand out in this neighborhood surrounded by water. In the living room, we added new finishes, window treatments and a fireplace. The total kitchen reno included the addition of a Cambria Quartz countertop and backsplash, custom cabinetry and a wooden bulkhead. All new plumbing, fixtures and lighting went into the master bath as well as a pristine white tiled wall, custom cabinets, concrete sinks and a spa bath tub. Not too shabby for a chic coastal classic!
