We took this attic space and turned it into a modern, fun and cozy living and sleeping space. Built in sofa and bed along with custom cushion and throw pillows. Tables added to each piece. Beautiful area rug on painted flooring to warm the space up. Custom design, built and upholstered benches....

Sitting or reading area with upholstered Overman chairs, table and floor lamp. Vinyl walls behind to soften the look along with a wood wall painted to match floor boards.

Take a section of your space and divide with a rope wall for a bit of privacy for a small bedroom area. Custom built in bed with side table attached. Small alpaca area rug, artwork, metal blind and chairs. Soft hanging lights complete this modern look.
