This project was a hundred year old farm house. The space was completely gutted out down to studs. The second layer of wood on the walls had newspaper glued to them. We used a section of the old rough cut wall lumber to make the mantel. All new drywall, ceiling and flooring, New maple/ glazed cabinets, Quarts counter tops and hickory hardwood flooring. New light fixtures.
