While the owner of this Twin Peaks residence wished to add a new master bedroom to their existing home, site conditions and planning restrictions prevented expansion up or beyond the building's existing footprint. Instead, Martinkovic Milford improved and enlarged the residence by reclaiming unused crawl space along various levels of the steeply sloping site.
