This six-plex in Killarney was a unique solution to a planning challenge. Originally designed as three townhouses in front of three townhouses, City planners decided that there had to be a greater visual connection between the street and the rear units. Our solution was to span one of the six units under the front two townhouses, effectively creating a marketable third price point in the project.
