Inspired by the casual Southern California lifestyle, this Colorado mountain townhome was designed to help its inhabitants feel at home while still representing the raw and rustic appeal of the Western Slope. Modern lines, layers of texture and a simplistic color palette were used to add warmth in a sleek way. The organic shapes, leather accents and bold decor give it style.

One of our favorite elements of design is the 3-dimensional wallcovering from the Hatchery Collection by Tri-Kes featured on the elevator shaft near the dining room. The wavelike print gives the open floor plan depth as a textured backdrop while strategically hiding the predominant passageway.

From room to room you’ll see the elements of comfort and flow as representative of the So Cal way. When combined with the shag rugs, throws and animal print this home becomes the epitome of sleek and stylish.
