This small kitchen in McLean, VA got a huge makeover, making it much more functional and attractive. We kept the basic footprint, moving only the pantry out of the corner to allow us to add much more lower and upper cabinet storage, as well as countertop space. The custom open shelves help keep it from feeling too heavy. A beautiful accent tile behind the sink is offset by white subway tile adding charm and interest. A custom tray ceiling replaced commercial looking lighting and adds architectural detail.
