Small Space Form & Function

A young family with three small kids in their first starter home wanted a more functional space in the front where they could watch their kids play with comfort and style...

The original landing was very small and the step heights uneven

Screen pattern is custom laser cut powder-coated aluminum, framed in clear cedar

An evergreen flowering perennial to complement the base of the screen

French lilac trees planted on either side of the screen will provide further privacy in addition to fragrance and color in the coming years
