Clients purchased a small bungalow town home in a community that they wanted to retire to. They loved the footprint but not the original colour scheme and surface selection. By changing the colour of the kitchen cabinets, adding new quartz counters, pendant lights and back splash in the kitchen they have an entirely new look. We also removed the carpet in the great room and added new lighting. Now the home is a reflection of them and not the previous owners. Clients opted for fully operational draperies on the french doors at the back to take advantage of the view.
