Highlighting the loft-like bones of this small top-floor gem in Soho, New York, we stuck to a simple palette and midcentury accents to create an open and casual mood. A built-in TV on the bedroom wall maximizes space, and a custom couch features twin bed mattresses for guests. Bright pops of color in art and pillows and chic cigar lamps from Design Within Reach made the space sophisticated without being stuffy...and very comfortable.
