This is a new group home designed for six persons with developmental disabilities. The home combines functionality and complete accessibility. Equal dedication was given to caregivers and occupants throughout its design. The result is a pleasant place for both living and working.

Pinewood features barrier free kitchen work stations; fully accessible baths with roll in showers; an accessible laundry room; all within a high performance envelope. Accessible exterior spaces lead to three separate accessible entries. Once inside the home, clerestories flood the interior with natural light.
