The three story exterior roof top was custom built and includes two stair cases, bbq center, dining, blue marble water falls, retractable awnings, custom built and designed permanent seating and sun bathing beds, 40 foot x 9 foot high mosaic wall, showers, Jacuzzi and more.

Master bedroom incorporates the warm toned wood floors accented by celadon fabrics. At the foot of the bed a pop up/rotating flat screen TV allows for view TV from the seating area as well as the bed.
