The empty-nest stage of life can be a very exciting time for couples. This energetic duo decided to celebrate their newfound “freedom” with a full renovation of their condo, which they’ve called home since the early 2000’s. Their gracious east-facing residence presented many opportunities for arranging the environment to suit their needs. Through smart space planning and appropriate furniture selections, we created a dynamic entertaining space that is as comfortable for a crowd as it is for just the two of them. Utilizing a vast number of resources and making meticulous decisions, we developed an interior that feels cohesive and true to the clients’ spirited and inquisitive personalities. A rich palette of finishes and textiles complete the project, creating an overall livable and luxe environment fit for any occasion.
