Soft textural materials combined with clean modern accents transformed this white box into a hip urban city loft for empty nesters. This loft required reorganization of rooms, views and storage, both open and hidden, highlight an extensive collection of art, music and books acquired from 20 years living abroad in Asia. The utilitarian kitchen became a well functioning workspace, with lots of storage, as well as a design feature. The master bath, once two claustrophobic his and her baths, combined to become a serene Japanese bath retreat.
