Also brought this plan to Zoning and was granted permission to construct a two car attached garage. new mudroom connector, stairway to a bonus space with full bath above. The interior of the main house was designed and remodeled to provide an addition to the rear with a modern light filled kitchen and bonus space open to the existing family room. Over the new kitchen area a second floor roof deck was built accessed from the homes stairway landing. Modern railings and a great bonus for this historic school house.
