For the pantry, we wanted to create a darker, moody area. We have open shelves above with drawers below.

This first floor bathroom has a pedestal sink from Stone Forest paired with a pendant light from Allied Maker. The floor is a herringbone cement tile from Cle Tile, and we had it stained to a darker color.

For this family room, we created two seating zones. It was originally a darker color, so we painted everything white to brighten the space.

This used to be the dining room, we used this space to make a pantry and create a smaller playroom for our clients daughter.

This space gets a ton of natural light, so we thought this was a great space to bring in a darker wall color. For the wainscoting, we used a color that was a hue darker and a shinier sheen.

For this entry, we decided to paint it a white color to brighten it up. We changed the interior doors to 3/4 glass with black hardware to create a more open feeling.
