In an effort to improve the sense of family gathering, walls were taken down and a new island was designed for a family of five. Highlights include: improved natural daylight, locally sourced cherry cabinets, LED lighting, antimicrobial stainless steel counters, natural stone counters, no VOC finishes, high efficiency appliances, radiant heating, and recycled fiber floor carpet tiles.
