Situated on a picturesque, water front lot, this beautiful, stately home has coastal, traditional, and transitional elements tucked away by mature live oaks. All of the exterior railings and columns were painstakingly milled and hand-crafted from choice Spanish Cedar lumber that was imported then shipped to Louisiana. All of the concealed hardware is speciality stainless steel that is typically reserved for avionic construction. The windows and exterior doors are from Pella’s Architectural Series and impact rated. The main entry door is hand-crafted and finished, with custom brass hardware. The new vertical standing seam aluminum roof by Metal Sales was installed over premium high temperature self-adhering underlayment. Other improvements for the exterior phase of this renovation include updated electrical, miscellaneus repair work, new shuttering and coastal hardware, and a [5] custom color paint palette that was masterfully applied using Sherwin Williams Emerald & Duration coatings.
