A l924 Spanish home in Southern CA was purchased by my clients. The clients brought a few furnishings with them, but every room needed to be updated. So new furnishings, lighting, area rugs, accessories and window treatments, along with paint colors, were used to update all spaces. The fireplace was remodeled with new tile, a new hearth, new sconces and accessories. The kitchen eating area received a new built-in banquette.
