This Spanish Colonial Revival home had been remodeled several times over the course of it’s long life, mostly to it’s detriment. It’s new owner wanted to bring it back to it’s Spanish roots, keeping true to it’s original architecture with authentic detail.

All original fireplaces in the home were refaced to mimic Mission and Spanish architectural style. Hubbardton Forge iron sconces replace brass.

We transformed the original plain brick fireplace in the Master Bedroom to the classic Spanish style with handpainted Mexican tiles.

The kitchen in this Spanish Colonial Revival home had been remodeled in the 80's in the French Country style, which didn't complement its Spanish architecture.

Without completely gutting the 80's “Country French” kitchen, we were able to salvage cabinetry by painting and glazing it to an Old World finish. Hand painted Mexican tiles, farmhouse sink and oil rubbed bronze hardware completed the transformation.
