This beautiful home +/-4,500 square foot home sits on a +/-1.5 acre lot with beautiful large oak trees all throughout the property. This was a full remodel (inside and out!). A major part was the pool! We had to demo out the existing pool so we could create our masterpiece. This pool has all the bells and whistles you need for summer fun. The pool deck is topped with natural limestone slabs that required 2-men to move each stone. We built a short retaining wall around that and put up a wrought iron fence to keep their 70 lb Rottweiler in and the wildlife out. The homeowner also wanted to have a green lawn and lush landscape that would match their newly renovated home. With this Texas heat, that's not very easy. We decided to go with artificial turf for low maintenance and that constant green look they dreamed of. We then added Texas native plants that would thrive in his micro-climates and give him that full, lush look at the same time.
