The client wanted to lighten and brighten this living room so creams, white, royal blue and gold were used. The "social" sofa was custom made without a back so the room would feel more open.

The two couches are perfectly placed to watch a good movie. The patterned carpet mimics tile and will hide the high traffic coming from the kitchen. The round ottoman is cut into 4 pieces so you can easily pull it apart for putting your feet up or it can be used for extra seating.

The large island has ample space for cooking and for socializing.

A custom build-in was designed to handle the printer, laptop work space and lots of storage. The bronze mirrors on the build-in doors add light and depth.

The view from the tub through the large picture window is lush and colorful. The custom window treatments help to frame the view.

This guest bedroom does not get much natural light. To give it some lightness the royal blue, white and orange color scheme was used.
