The clients had leaky original casement windows, 90’s style vertical bead board paneling on the walls, poor quality insulation, and a virtually unusable room. Reframed for new windows, added a custom closet, added a pocket door, replaced 3 windows and eliminated 2. Replaced the slider as well, new trim throughout interior, new exterior window & door trim. New insulation, fresh plaster on walls.
