The inspiration for this project comes from many steep sites that I worked on in Vail Colorado and Marin County, California. Sloping land provides a unique opportunity to create terraces and garden rooms separated by changing levels.

I redesigned the existing retaining wall levels to create multiple gathering spaces and gardens that are linked together with a curving step and pathway.
