Spicewood Ranch
The original house built on this sprawling Spicewood Springs, TX ranch was built in the early 90's and in serious need of a face lift. The new owners Texans returning home via many years in California, wanted a casual place for family to retreat. Green building techniques were of great importance to them, as was luxury finishes. The remodel included adding a new "His" master bath and closet, along with a new guest wing. The renovations to the main house were a completely new kitchen powder, great room, Media room and "her" master bath, as well as landscaping and the addition of a foreman's house. Special Features: Custom wine room, Home Theater room with hidden AV closet, Kitchen with hidden pantry, His and Hers master baths.
