The Spring Point house was a labor of love. The vision of the homeowner was a bit of an old farmhouse meets modern kitchen. They didn't wish to have a cookie cutter home (although the plans were purchased, it was customized several times along the way)
A couple of the major changes that the homeowners chose to do was to do vaulted ceilings in the master suite, and second bedroom, turn the small deck off the master bedroom into a wrap around sleeping deck which made the lower/main deck a year round haven for grilling and entertaining.
