This retro 1970’s ranch style home, also known as the Spring Boulevard remodel, was a dimly lit and compartmentalized house with loads of potential for a family with kids and extended family. Our clients wanted a bright, open space with modern tones and a fresh yet classic color palette. Most importantly, the spaces needed to accommodate the family and multiple uses for activities and entertainment. Through thoughtful space planning, careful placement of lighting and modernized design features this 1970’s retro transitioned into a fresh contemporary space creating a functional yet open floor plan for all to use.
