Spring Mill Gardens is an addition/remodel project with a lively identity. Outdoors, the cultured stone and wood-shake façade blends well with the beautiful landscape architecture that transitions organically from the driveway into a covered entry and adjacent patio. Through sliding doors, one can enter directly into the kitchen, a vaulted space day-lit with skylights and a triple window with transoms providing outward views to the gardening and water feature. The kitchen has a black and white color scheme, warm colored wood flooring, and pendant lights hung on a cable track above a large island. A stainless steel range hood matches the faucet, sink, and cabinet hardware, and a niche with glass shelving for decoration enriches a window seat below the triple window.
