Upgrades and Renovations to a Vancouver penthouse condominium. A custom bulkhead around the main living area houses an LED strip light in an alcove, as well as downlighting, speakers and a blind pocket against the windows with automated blinds. Clear cedar T&G with a shadow reveal covered the stippled ceiling as well as a wall in the bedroom. A "den" was removed adjacent to the kitchen to accomodate a more spacious living area and there was new walnut veneer millwork added to the bedrooms and TV area. Built in cooperation with Erth.ca
