Client had asked to remove a load bearing wall and in doing so i met with an engineer designed this beam templated it myself and made it work. I was told it would hold the empire state building but in my eyes all people matter and the balance of their home structurally.

what you see that no one will ever see. the top the GC was gonna have a slight header that would go below the elevation however I did not agree and created this to fall inside the homes wall and no one will ever know it was in place

spot weld the brackets so they'll maintain the structural integrity of it weights. So they said overkill but I said butter a stronger beam than a failing beam.
