P+L Design Group did two major remodels in this 1936 French style home in St Francis Wood. The first was a kitchen remodel with the addition of a powder room pictured below. The second project was the addition of a bedroom and Jack and Jill bath on the 2nd story of the home. This involved earthquake retrofitting of the home all the way to the basement and foundation.
