We removed the original fireplace mantle and then framed out and dry walled a section of the fireplace wall to cover with authentic stacked stone. We used assembled corners for a more professional finish. We provided blocking for a custom designed and made mantle. Eventually the wall will feature a large screen TV and a custom fireplace screen and doors.
