We staged an empty office space with modern, updated furnishings to give it an inviting, professional feel for potential tenants.

We warmed up this empty space with neutral furnishings and a splash of navy blue. The over-sized clock adds an industrial touch that grounds the space and draws the eye upwards.

The previous tenant placed a very short cabinet on this far wall which made the space look small and out of place. We placed a console table & wall decor that draws your eye up and leads you down the hall. More attractive and appropriate scale for the space.
