Then- fabricating such a Stair Railing to FIT INSIDE a very narrow townhouse in a infill Urban lot, was close to impossible, until we chose to hoist a Climbing-rope
to the all ready Painted (Powdercoated) railing to bring it up to the third-floor Balcony- in sub-zero Chicago winter temps.
