Third landing leading to the private office space. This space is used by the general manager and the stairwell was designed for low traffic use. That way we were able to bring in more of a residential element to it: designing the balustrades without rails; keeping the look clean and unobstrusive

Landing 3: Wood carving on panelled and screeded wall. LED strip lights and directional spot lights accentuate the walls and art piece; and give the illusion of more height to the space.
