This home had a huge hole in the wood floor when you walked in the front door where the spiral staircase led to the downstairs . We removed that to make a better entry. We also converted the small kitchen in to a wide-open country french kitchen with a 7' island, a wine cellar, and elevator to downstairs. The laundry room was moved and the existing space was converted to a butlers pantry.
