Work on this house started in 2013. Phase I consisted of smoothing out the orange-peel walls, adding new modern steel cable railing to the mezzanine level, redoing the fireplace in the living room with a custom inset modern steel fireplace surround, faux finishing the wood-clad vaulted ceilings throughout the house, a complete Powder Room remodel & Master Bath Room remodel.

Phase II consisted of exterior yard improvements, including retaining walls, new Ipe fencing, house painting, awnings and general landscaping.

Phase III was just completed in 2023 and included a complete Kitchen remodel, moving the laundry to add a Butler Pantry to the Kitchen area, and complete Guest Bath Room remodel.
