This project consisted of the renovation and restoration of an existing 6,100 SF historic mill in Utah County. The original 3-story brick mill building, wood grain crib, and concrete silos all received a seismic structural upgrade, cleaning, and careful work to fix 130 years of wear, deterioration, and use. Original building elements such as the grain crib and silos were repurposed into functional spaces. The project is one of the most recognizable buildings in the area.
