This project encompassed the renovation of a 1964 ranch style home in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas. The renovation included: reconfiguration of interior spaces, elevation of ceilings, and the replacement of all mechanicals (including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC). Exterior renovations included the addition of a covered outdoor living area, pool conversion to salt water, construction of a sun deck, extensive landscaping, and stained horizontal wood fencing and gates.
